					<description>Thanks for the link. Good to see the conversation continuing, particularly in the current climate! There is so much scope for Gov to talk with a real voice if only 'they' would treat the professionals they pay as professionals to be... well professional. Let people who happen to be civil servants talk to people who aren't. It's not rocket science it's conversation. It's what we do. It;s what makes a difference. It's what holds us together. All that Web 2/3ff does it give us new spaces to be human.</description>
